3. Dumbbell Chest Presses:
How to do it:
- Another great breast growth exercise for stronger pectoral muscles and breast growth is dumbbell chest presses. Choose a dumbbell that you can work with comfortably, preferably in the 4-6 kilos range.
- Lie back on a sloping or inclined bench and hold the dumbbells at your sides. If you do not have any inclined bench, a beanbag will also do.
- Lift the dumbbells over your chest and straighten your hands so that the ends of the dumbbells touch each other.
- Gradually, lower your hands.
- Repeat the cycle all over again.
4. Chest Dips:
How to do it:
- Chest Dips will work on your chest muscles as well as your triceps.
- You can do it simply by using a bench or the edge of a chair.
- Another easy method is to squat down on the floor with your knees pointed up and your palms on the floor, behind you.
- Lower yourself down by bending your elbows, before touching the ground, push yourself up again.
5. Elevated Pushups:
How to do it:
- In this method, you need a step or bench to perform the exercise.
- Your palms should lie flat on the ground and your toes on the elevated on the step or bench.
- Do the pushup and remember to keep the body straight.
