6. Cheeky Face:


How To Do:

  • Stand or sit straight.
  • Inhale deeply, blow the cheeks out and keep the air inside.
  • Then, transfer the air from a cheek to the other.
  • Keep for as long as possible prior to you expel your breath in one controlled movement.
  • Repeat around 8 or 10 times.

7. Fish Face:


The fish face exercise, also termed as “smiling fish face” is a simple and one of the best facial exercises for cheeks that one could do anywhere you like while watching T.V or listening to your favorite song. This exercise helps in toning and spreading cheek muscles and lose the face fat fast.

How To Do:

  • Just suck in your cheeks and lips as we use to do now try smiling, hold the posture for 5 seconds, you will feel the burn in your cheeks and jaws.
  • Repeat – 10 times, Hold – 5 seconds

8. Mouthwash Move:


The mouthwash move is a simple face exercise that helps in stretching and working the cheek muscles and reduces flabbiness of cheeks. It helps to strengthen and build the cheek muscles and also helps in reducing double chin.

How To Do:

  • Start by sitting in a comfortable position; now fill up one of your cheeks with air and transfer the air from one cheek to another as you would do with mouthwash.
  • Continue it for 1 minute and relax.
  • Repeat it 5 to 10 times at a stretch for best results.
