1. Drink More Water:
Make sure you are drinking sufficient water everyday to keep your body and kidneys hydrated and it can dissolve the stones in the kidneys. Specially during summer, drink more water to prevent the kidney stones.
This has been proved a valuable food for those who are prone to getting stones in the kidneys or gall-bladder. It’s good if you include celery in your daily diet to prevent future stone formation. You can also drink a glass of celery juice daily in order to prevent kidney stones from forming.
3. Pomegranate Juice:
Pomegranate has highly potent astringent properties. By eating one pomegranate or consuming its juice one can effectively dissolve kidney stones, which will then be eliminated with one’s urine. A fruit salad with pomegranate will also prove to be equally effective.
