Another way to take honey for weight loss is to drink honey with cinnamon. First dissolve a half teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a glass of boiling water. Mix the cinnamon powder well with the water and allow it to cool down a little. Filter this cinnamon mixed water and then add a teaspoon of honey in it. After mixing it drink it empty stomach. Remember to follow the same procedure every morning about half an hour before the breakfast.
