Gray Hair? Say Goodbye to Them With This One Single Ingredient

If you’ve started facing the problem of gray hair lately– Try this out! Use this one single ingredient and start to look younger and reverse the gray hair.

Gray hair is a classic sign of aging. Scientifically, it may allude to the deposition of naturally occurring hydrogen peroxide in the hair. Also, we genetically contain different levels of melanin pigments that reduce as we age causing the hair to turn gray.

Arguably, gray hair commands a certain amount of respect and its natural. The real issue is when it occurs prematurely when all your peers are looking young and fly. Graying would naturally start around your 40’s, but it is happening earlier, you certainly need to do something.

What Else Causes Gray Hair?

Other factors for why hair turns gray include:

Hydrogen peroxide:

Hydrogen peroxide is a well-known tool for bleaching your hair, but many people aren’t aware that your hair cells make hydrogen peroxide, too.

As you age, the amount produced increases, which researchers believe ultimately bleaches out your hair pigment, turning your hair grey and then white.

There is a significant association between tobacco use and graying of hair. Cigarette smoking is also linked to premature hair graying, with the onset of gray hair occurring before the age of 30.

Oxidative stress:

Oxidative stress can be defined as the state in which your free radicals (from pollution, poor diet, stress, etc.) outnumber your antioxidant defenses (from healthy diet). Graying hair may be an indicator of oxidative stress-induced damage.

Research has also shown that people with premature graying had a higher level of pro-oxidants and lower levels of antioxidants than those with normal hair.

Vitamin B12 deficiency:

This is also linked to premature gray hair, and there is at least one report of pigmentation returning to hair after the vitamin deficiency was resolved.

Coconut oil, and how it helps in gray hair

One of the best remedies for gray hair is coconut oil. Coconut oil has the necessary antioxidants that prevent the oxidation of the hair pigments that help keep the hair dark. It also stimulates the growth of new more colored hair. Some kinds of graying may be due to drying of the hair follicle and infections. Coconut oil can moisturize the hair and prevent the occurrence of these infections. Coconut oil also prevents the formation of dandruff, thus, making the hair healthier thus delaying the loss of the dark pigment.

How to use coconut oil to stop gray hair and have a healthy hair growth

The application of coconut oil is quite simple. The easiest way is to purchase a shampoo based on coconut oil. You should wash the hair and let it stand soaked in the shampoo for about 10 minutes so that it sinks deep into the hair follicle and roots. You may then rinse your hair. The secret is to repeat the process after a week or two, and in about a month, you will realize that the graying will start to reverse.

If you want to see quick results, use pure coconut oil. You can find it easily in stores. Mix about 4 tablespoons of the oil with some lemon juice. Sometimes the oil solidifies, and you may need to warm it indirectly by placing the oil in a bowl and placing it in a container with hot water.

The process

  • Apply the mixture onto your hair making sure to spread it evenly throughout your scalp and massage gently.
  • Maximum benefits occur when the coconut oil deeply penetrates into the hair roots.
  • Massaging your scalp will be necessary. Next, you leave the oil in your hair for about an hour and then rinse with some warm water.
  • Or you can do this in the night so that oil keep longer. The process should be repeated 2-3 times in a week, and within no time, the graying will slow down and ultimately start to reverse.
